Low-temperature resistant cable ties (also known as cold resistant
cable ties) are nylon cable ties designed for cold environments.
They are made of low-temperature resistant special nylon materials
(such as modified PA6.6 materials). Their advantages include
excellent cold shock resistance (resistance to brittle fracture),
high strength, high wear resistance, good dimensional stability,
and excellent chemical resistance and electrical properties. They
can maintain their strength, toughness and brittle resistance at
extremely low temperatures (such as -40°C) lower than standard
nylon. They are specially used to fix equipment in cold areas or in
industrial fields that require low-temperature performance of
materials to ensure that items are firmly fixed and safe.
Main advantages:
(1) Excellent cold shock resistance: This is the biggest advantage
of low-temperature resistant nylon cable ties, which means that
they can still maintain toughness at extremely low temperatures and
are not easy to become brittle or break.

plastic material, nylon material has high strength and excellent
wear resistance, which enables it to withstand stretching and
friction in harsh environments.
(3) Dimensional stability: Nylon has high dimensional stability and

acids, alkalis, salts, and organic solvents, making it suitable for

(6) Flexibility: Compared to some other rigid plastics, nylon can
maintain a certain degree of flexibility and will not become overly
